Zoa north faces

Surprisingly great snow at Zoa. Rode down to 1500 m on the main north drainages. Recent snow was about 20 cm un-cohesive fist in sheltered areas, with a crust present underneath that that was not noticeable. Snow stayed cold ish, and skied really well, specially in the lower trees. Some areas near the ridges had accumulated wind slab, but didn't see any instability signs. Snowed lightly all day with not a lot of wind, temps at -1C at Fall Lake parking lot at 5PM.
