Avalanche

9800' --Approx. 8:30-9-30a; multiple loose sluffs (12-16) off east aspect cliff just south of parking lot, just as aspect was exposed to solar warming. some were big enough to produce good sound. we also witnessed a natural loose avalanche north of Eureka on County road 3, and another large sluff adjacent to "Stairway to Heaven" ice climb at approx 1130a after significant warming on easterly aspects had taken place.
