Scattered to broken clouds most of the day. Occasional brief periods of light snow. Winds generally light southwest with stronger gusts resulting in light blowing snow.
Snowpack
Snowpack in this area is developing a very spooky structure. The midpack on many slopes now has a 4f-1f hard slab resting above large depth hoar grains in lower snowpack. Slab and weak layer interface often found 50-60 cm below surface.
