Weather

Today is clear, lots of wind and snow last couple of days. Big cornice build up in many start zones east to north aspects.

Snowpack

32 inches of snow recorded at the quarry road snow plot (approximately 9,000') since Sunday

Avalanche

Alley has 3 start zones east aspect, 1/2 of one of the start zones slid during the storm within new snow. Backside of Marble Peak, "fridge" you can see a crown that wraps around out of sight toward Alley Peak. Carbonate slide path north aspect did a natural at 7:45 on 12-23-15. Ran approximately 2200'.
