Snowpack

I was skiing Marble bowl and Alley peak on saturday and noticed very well developed surface hoar crystals before the new snow fell saturday night/sunday. The surface hoar crystals were 1/4 to 1/2 inch in size. I observed the hoar from the quarry road up to 11300' in elevation on many N,NE aspects on that ridge that contains Marble peak.=
