Weather

Nice day to be in the mountains. Temperature below tree line was 20F. Light W and NW wind. Mostly clear sky. Above TL, 11-13F, breezy W & N winds. Still mostly clear with some blowing snow.

Snowpack

Snow pack gaining strength near and below treeline. Solar aspects have several crusts buried by 10-15 cm's of low density snow. Above tree line, hard slab below new snow. Fresh wind pillows produced some cracking.
