Weather

Peaks mostly obscured from Cameron west and south to Mt Democrat and Buckskin Peak. Sun was out over the valley and eastward. Actually quite pleasant

Snowpack

Fairly typical snow distribution for this area. Snow depth though is minimal, which is not a surprise given late start to winter. The weak snow grains at the base layer could recover if we see continued accumulations of snow. Currently steep (>35 degrees) would be suspect given the test results found on southeast aspects.
