Some cracking observed in new storm snow (up to 12") in near treeline terrain.

Avalanche

Multiple natural avalanches observed on cutbanks and steep, rocky features along Hwy 91. One decent size avalanche on the ridge near the old climax ski area. This wind loaded ridge near treeline slid in a rocky terrain feature and broke just below the cornice.
