Weather
Winds began increasing from the SW as I was finishing up my snowpack observations. Intermittent, very light snow showers during the afternoon, however by 1500 snowfall had picked up significantly, reaching S2 at times.
Snowpack
Wind slabs of varying hardness with faceted layers interspersed. Propagating ECT results at 79cm from the ground. See snow pit profile for more detail. There was evidence of recent wind loading near the top of Sister 6 from SW winds over the last several days. Cross-loading is evident further down in the Sisters from W-NW winds last weekend.
