Skied Shames to Terrace on Saturday. Evidence of a widespread wind slab cycle on a variety of aspects in the alpine to size 2.5 during last week's outflow event. Also evidence of a fresh (Friday probably), fairly big loose wet cycle below 1300m on solar aspects. Snow conditions were highly variable. Shady, sheltered pockets held boot-top facets but they were few and far between. Mostly bulletproof wind board in the alpine. Some hot pow on south alpine slopes. Heinous crust on the ski out but we were able to ski to 350m on the Anderson access road.
