Spent three days in the Flat Creek Pass area. Not much to add to the Fortitude Ridge post: amazing ski quality, ~20 cm low density HN accumulated from flurries throughout the trip, Jan 10 SH down ~60 cm BTL with no signs of activity on this layer, evidence of a cycle within last weeks storm snow but nothing moving at this point (and no significant shears). Encountered strong NW wind with transport above 2100 m, no wind affect below 2000 m. Lots of tricky crossings up Flat Creek, with an exciting start/end to the trip across the Illecillewaet.
