Weather
8" of new snow with 1.0" of water content this morning. Partly cloudy early then increasing clouds as the day progresses with a few light flurries in the late afternoon. Temps warmed to above freezing at Pass level, but stayed cool up high.
Snowpack
Signs of instability were isolated, but significant including being caught and carried in an avalanche (N aspect below treeline). Isolated moderate and one rumbling collapse were observed on northeast aspects below treeline. Sunny aspects including east had already developed a thin melt/freeze crust when clouds moved in and temps cooled.

No observed natural activity along and adjacent to the highway corridor.
