Weather
We dug a pit just at treeline, about 11,500 ft around noon. We were on a north facing aspext. It was snowing fairly hard and there was a slight wind coming from the SE.
Snowpack
Total Depth was 120cm The two most problematic layer we found we're at 70 and 90 cm above the surface. Both of these layer had clean shears when they failed the collumn test (CT8 and CT10) respectively. It addition, the problematic layer 90cm above ground fully propogated when it failed the ECT (ECT7)
