The east bowl itself is currently packed and rounded OUTward like a scoop of ice cream. I observed rise over run angles at least as steep as 34'/100', but appeared to be steeper at "bottom of the ice cream scoop". It is wind loaded. I heard very mellow whumphing as I climbed.
