Weather
Air temps in the mid-20s, precipitation rate S1 throughout most of the day with some brief bits of S2, with a span of S-1 to no precip around the noon hour. Calm to light winds. Very little blowing snow. Obscured sky condition.
Snowpack
In places where the winds have stripped the snow surface in recent weeks I found an HS around 50-70cm. Near and above treeline, in terrain attractive to riding, the HS is 130-150cm. The new storm snow as of 3PM was around 30-40cm in places, of fist hardness, with very little cohesion or wind affect above treeline.
Avalanche
No avalanches observed.
