Wind slab and sastrugi near ridgeline. Hollow and shallow snowpack otherwise

Avalanche

There was no recent avalanche activity visible anywhere along the tour. No sign of recent slides on west faces in Snowmass creek, East faces into capitol creek, or anywhere along hell roaring. The steeper faces of Daly and Clark also showed no sign of recent activity.
