Snowpack
See Snow Profile. 4-6cm MF crust at 26cm above ground from warm November days. Smooth as glass and supporting my weight. 40cm new snow with .5cm soft wind slab starting to form on surface. Lots of snow left for transport when the wind machine gets turned on.
Avalanche
Upper east aspect of Old Faithful Path (12,200ft) on Mt Chapin (see photo) viewed through spotting scope. Natural in last 24hrs, likely during the end of the storm. N-E
