crust

Super variable snow surface, wide spread wind slab and sun crust ranging from a 1-10 cm in thickness, did not seem to have much energy. Facets and sugar in shady high alpine areas (ie: the summit block). Snow was slow and grabby when skiing, patches of ice. Lots of drum-like hollow noises periodically, some small cracks in certain areas on the crust.
