Two processes at work with the generally shallow snow faceting from the bottom up and the snow from February settling into a slab. PF was 30 cms and the first time this season that it wasn't to the ground at this location with a 1F slab sitting above weak faceted snow that seems to extend farther into the mid-pack than previously observed. However, sensitivity seems to be stubborn and proactive AE work in Feb has limited the size and continuity of slabs in the start zones of the Cliffs.
