"Just outside Buffalo Park, north-northeast aspect, well over 30° wind blown upper edge. Only the storm slab slid on top of the crust from the rain earlier I believe. We triggered it as our first rider began to descend over the wind-loaded top edge, soon as he went over the edge the whole hill about 10ft to his right-hand side just popped and slid. He was not in the path and waited until it stopped and rode into the debris path out.”
