stayed in tunnel creek hut saturday- sunday . Storm came as snow at the hut. Great skiing no signs of instability. But we never went into the alpine.

After 4 compression tests over 2 days the Column failed on the deep crust 75 cms down. It would produce resistant planar failure results after 5 or more swings from the shoulder or it would survive the whole test. Test was done on Sunny Side Ski area by Tunnel creek hut.
