Weather

Evidence of strong winds out of the W/NW were present along ridgetops with scouring and small cornice development. Intermittent light snowfall added another 1" of accumulations throughout Sunday morning.

Snowpack

HS: 69cm, with approx. 40cms of new snow since 11/30 at 11,600'. Structure varies depending on aspect with the main variable being the presence and depth of the basal weak layer comprised of depth hoar.

Avalanche

L-N-R1-D1 observed with long running debris out of steep E-facing cliffs. Likely due to strong westerly winds.
