Mostly firm snow cover, but some postholing to knee/wasit deep. There was one area (1900m elevation approx.) with a very reactive thin wind slab only 2-4cm thick, may be an issue after new snow arrives. Otherwise no instabilities or faceted snow was observed in the snowpack.
