No name slide path R4 D4 in size. Characteristics of a wet slab avalanche. 25’ at its deepest, around 1000’ of road buried, destroyed numerous trees on either side of slide path, widened the downhill side. Buried road, filled in and crossed creek below (which is a 100’ drop off to creek), traveled down the road putting 5-10’ of debris on road to the top of shale cut, diverted off road at shale cut traveling hundreds of feet through more trees missing the cabin below. With only a D8 dozer and excavator, this will take days to clear.
