Weather

Sunny and warm to start the day. Clouds increased in the afternoon and light snow began on the high peaks by dark.

Snowpack

No signs of instability (cracking or collapsing) where I travled, NW-N-NE aspects near and below treeline. Widespread surface hoar formation- 10mm typical.

Avalanche

No fresh avalanche activity observed, but continue to see activity from the 1/7/19 cycle.
