Creek was almost completely covered over now with the new snow, and from the road to the tree-line the snow was barely wind affected. I would considered it dense and settled powder, and above tree line the snow was more wind affected. Snow Pit in the middle of the chute was 100cm deep, to ground, with a crust at 55 cm deep. Our block popped on 12 taps and slid on 15. Skied two different chutes, no sluffing and even on small convexities nothing released.
