Depends on your definition of winter...

Ski quality was ok above 1200m with around 10cm over the crust. Below that elevation it was really just dust on crust conditions that rattled the fillings in your teeth. There was evidence of one deeper slab out from a north facing high alpine slope (photo 1) uncertain of when it came down but suspect it was not very recent. There was minimal wind effect at treeline and lower alpine. A good helping of another 20cm or so would really improve ski quality in the area.
