Very warm (36F-42F highway level). Very windy, especially north side of RMP - Southerly winds gusting 35 at highway level, moving snow at all elevations and in a variety of directions and depending on terrain features. Much less windy south of RMP.. All the low elevation paths including nor
Snowpack
All the low elevation paths including northerly aspects have moist snow surfaces due to recent warm temps. If snowfall arrives with warm temps we may have fairly good bonding to the old surfaces. This could be good in the short-term and bad for the long term - meaning more volume in paths before we can pry out the snow.
Avalanche
No avalanche activity noted. Snow is well settled after the last few days warm temps and sunshine.
