Winds picked up around 2pm, gusting moderate. Stayed cold ATL.
Snowpack
Continental, wind-blown, and thin ATL. Sastrugi and hard slabs, with softer cream-cheese in sheltered pockets. NTL was deep, relatively cold, with less wind influence. BTL softened during AM skin, but surface refroze by 330pm on egress. Snow totals from the April 8/9 storm settled into 1-4 inches, dependent on elevation.
