Mostly Clear, than pockets of fast moving clouds. Windy with sustained 30mph+ with gusts up to 45mph

Snowpack

200cm thick in the gully proper we climbed near 13,400ft on a soutehrn aspect. A very supportable sun crust with shallow sun cups. P+ hard from 200cm-80cm with the exception of a thin layer of facets underneath the sun crust that is the top 10cm of the snowpack.The top 30cm had a lot of ice, it is one big melt freeze crust. We got an ECTX in our pit on a 38 degree slope. Their were some shallow wind slabs but they were too shallow to be a problem plus they were deposited on top of a very rough sun cupped surface. Skiing on top of them was really nice. Spring is fast approaching.
