Snowpack

Reactive upper snow in test pits and recent slide activity. North facing pit at treeline, HS 210cm. CT 5 & 8 Q2 at 195. CT 12 & 13 Q2/SC at 124. This failed 8-10cm below last weekends storm (4F) and old snow interface, within a fist facet layer.

Avalanche

Multiple slides observed near and above treeline. Most slides released from either cornice or other small sluff triggered, tree or steep and rocky slope from above. Northwest through northeast slopes, mostly R2 D2 in range but a few larger.
