Weather

Wx: Cold and windy from all directions. Winds up to 30 or 40 mph. Snow was blowing in every direction, and there were snow tornadoes above treeline.

Snowpack

Sx: New snow in the bowl skied boot deep on a firm windcrust. Tracks from yesterday's glade skiers were all filled / blown in. Below the bowl the snow was soft with some wind affection.

Avalanche

Ax: I did see one crack at my skis that shot a few feet out front of my skis about halfway down the bowl. It didn't move or propagate any further. Didn't see other signs of instabilities.
