Hi , our group of 9 went to the Duffey’s (pemberton, bc) , forecast was 2-2-1, our group triggered a size ~2 wind slab/ avalanche just next to cheques in the mail. North West facing bowl, big cornices , 2000m elevation. Seems like it got triggered by small cornice debris. Id say the big chunks were at least 25-30 cm of snow. Everyone safe , just got a little scary for a second! We never would’ve thought.
