Two Sisters South Face

Quite warm compared to recent temparatures. -12 when leaving the car at 11:45. We even got couple rays of sunshine through the afternoon. No wind. No signs of recent avalanches observed. Snow quality was highly variable from all faceted snow in shallow spot to wind affected snow and hardpack snow. Extended column test at 1700m on south aspect showed no propagation and medium result (ECTN 18) on a 20 cm windslab. Overall, riding quality was not as bad as expected.
