Sun effect at Bow summit

Stable, consolidated snowpack aprox. 200cm in depth. Some signs of avalanche debris from small releases, from earlier in the week. Snow conditions were a few cm on top of hard, mostly supportive suncrust. Far from ideal conditions but great to be out in the mountains on a nice sunny day. Parking lot at Bow Summit was a zoo with non-skiers out for the day. Arguments and confrontations breaking out over parking spots and fender benders (like I said, it was a zoo).
