Jumbo

We were at jumbo hut from Saturday feb 8 until Wednesday feb 12th. On the way in we saw large Avvy debris (likely from the warming last week) in bigger slide paths. It snowed continuously over the time we were there, approx. 40-50 Cm in total over the 5 days. We noticed wind loading up high, and sloughing and soft slabs of the top 5-10 Cm of new slow on steeper more convex features. Overall the new snow didn’t show many signs of instability and the riding quality was amazing!
