Katherine lake Helen ridge

The alpine above Katherine lake was super wind affected. So was the backside of crystal ridge and everything we could see in the alpine. We descended west slopes mid afternoon back down Helen creek, the sun had just come out and the snow turned super heavy and sticky. It was more work going down then up.
