Winter is back! At least up high at Seaton it is, where we found up to 15 cm of new dense snow that made for some fun skiing. We didn't see any avalanches but we suspect fresh wind slabs have built up with the recent strong winds on lee north and east facing slopes near ridgetops. It may take another day or two for the new slabs to bond.
