Weather
Storm on horizon- literally. Mostly clear above where we were with scattered clouds passing by. Mostly cloudy by the time we finished. winds were calm at beginning, but picked up while on tour and were moderate at ridgeline.
Snowpack
On south aspect abv TL, 40 cm with 5-10 cm new snow sitting on a fragile suncrust/facet sandwich, all of which sat on a burly suncrust that was 15 cm above the ground. On west aspect at TL, cohesionless facets with some powder on top. 80-90 cm deep. Skied on the forest floor. No slab present
