Avalanche

Two large slab avalanches seen with binoculars from loading dock at MidVail. One appeared to be very Deep South aspect on Piney Peak (possibly). A very large slab avalanche. Second cornice collapse and slab avalanche on south aspect of ridge near Mount Powell. Also: saw more people leaving gate above 22 Poma than I ever have in two years of being out the almost daily. Multiple group dropping EV at the same time. Multiple group in runout zones. Very little communication. Seem like many people dodged a bullet in EV yesterday
