Snowpack

The snow throughout the tour in the shade remained cold powder, you could almost hear it faceting... dug a quick handpit to the ground (10-14" snow in shade, <TL) and 3-5mm facets were alive and well. When breaking trail, could feel the the punchiness when transferring full weight onto that ski while gliding. Got one larger collapse today <TL....with more localized cracking around skis more common.
