Weather
Temperatures between 10F and 25F depending on elevation. Partly cloudy with strong winds higher up. We were on West facing slopes mostly.
Snowpack
We encountered the beginning of a persistent slab layer around 12,300 ft. I skied onto a convexity on a 25-30 degree slope and had some slippage under body weight which broke apart when jumped on.
