Weather
Snow showers, breezy and mostly cloudy morning and into early afternoon. Clouds cleared out by mid-late afternoon.
Snowpack
Lots of new snow. Wind drifted areas had 24"+. 12" total seemed reasonable for most slopes. Lots of new soft surface slabs, particularly on the leeward sides of ridges but new slabs were also present well below treeline in several places. Minor to moderate cracking and one good whump on a N facing aspect of 2nd creek was observed.
Avalanche
No new avalanches were observed on today's tour.
