S2, W wind, blowing snow, overcast.

Avalanche

SS R1 D1, NE aspect ATL, skier triggered from a small convexity. Ran 10 m by 10 m on steep terrain and came to rest. 30 cm crown. Minor cracking throughout the day. Wind loading observed ATL. New snow was not bonding well to crust, especially on slopes >35 degrees.
