MCR Observation

Good ice found yesterday on West Gully of Black Lake in RMNP WI 4-. As of 2016.12.05 there were no avalanche concerns either at the base of the climb or on any of the higher slopes. This could change quickly. Other routes above Black Lake did not look to be touching down yet but looked close. We were able to get in with out flotation and only minimal post holing.
