Overcast and breezy. Intermittent snow squalls.
Snowpack
Snowcover is all but gone with the exception of today's 2". The bottom third of the Powerhouse is bare. HS in the startzone looks to be about 18- 24". Lots of rocks and vegetation starting to poke through. The snow I found in shady areas at the bottom of the canyon was well-consolidated melt forms. No avalanche activity of any kind was observed. Not even a roller ball. Drainage appears to have been established in the remaining snow, and I anticipate it to melt away without incident over the next couple of weeks.
