Clear to few clouds today. Warmest day so far this spring.

Snowpack

The snowpack is melting fast with the most recent warm temperatures and clear days. Snow surfaces are primarily covered with the most recent dust event, enhancing the spring melt. Colder white snow (2-4 inches) exists on the surface above treeline, and easily stuffs on steep slopes where it rests on dust layers. By mid day, the snowpack became isothermal on east through south aspects near and above treeline.
