Ottomite, early season surface hoars

There was what i would describe as a general surface hoarisation of all shelterred and not sun facing aspects, and surfaces. Surface hoars on facets. With all the cold and clear, they have been growing. Smaller in the exposed( 1/4 - 1/2") Tall in sheltered places ( 1 - 1 1/2 ") Sorry no picture.
