Mt rogers south face

Solid day on hemit. Notes from the day: 1. A few smaller, skier triggered, avalanches were visible from the day before on steeper south west aspects. 2. December 8th layer still present at 2300m but was unreactive in our tests (~100cm down at the bottom of rogers south face). 3. The coverage on Swiss and Tupper glacier’s are still shockingly shallow in places. Average was around 130-160cm but as low as 60cm in wind effected pockets.
