Parks Canada Visitor Safety conducted a field trip today to the Tak Falls study plot, see attached snow profile. Of note, the Wapta path's have slid naturally (suspect early in the week), covering the road. The field team also ran into a group coming out from the Wapta, who mentioned that a number of the larger slopes above the Whaleback had slid naturally as well.
